- The content of your reservation: models, colours, sizes and quantities.
- Your shop details: shop name, country, VAT ID and the number of pairs a year you plan to buy.
- Technical context of the submission: the page language, the date and time, and the entry source if you arrived from a link that carried one.
We do not take payments on this page and we never ask for card details.
Why we need it
- To contact you about this pre-sale: the final price, the delivery date, and whether the colours you picked are being made.
- To count which models, colours and sizes shops want, so the first production run is the right size.
Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for contacting you, and our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in measuring interest in the collection before we produce it.
How long we keep it
Until you withdraw your consent, or until the pre-sale ends and we have contacted everyone on the list, whichever comes first. In any case no longer than 24 months from your submission.
Who else sees it
The hosting provider that serves this page and the service that receives the form. They process the data only to deliver that service and may not use it for anything else. We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to advertising networks.
What stays in your browser
While you are filling the form, this page saves your unfinished reservation in your browser storage, so that refreshing the page does not wipe your work. That copy lives on your device only. It never reaches us until you press send, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you your data, correct it, delete it, limit what we do with it, or hand it over in a portable form. You can object to processing and you can withdraw your consent at any time, which does not affect what we did lawfully before you withdrew it. One email to customerservice@4bare.com is enough.
