2. What this page is
This is a pre-sale page for shops. It exists to find out which models, colours and sizes shops would order before anything goes into production.
This page is not a shop. It takes no payments, it does not ask for card details, and nothing here is an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
3. What a reservation means
A reservation is a non-binding declaration of interest. Sending it does not create a sales contract, does not oblige you to buy anything, and does not oblige us to sell anything or to produce any particular colour.
You can withdraw your reservation at any time by sending one email. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to pay.
4. Prices
No prices are published on this page. Wholesale terms are agreed individually with each shop that registers, before production starts.
5. Who can send a reservation
Businesses that sell footwear. The form asks for company details, including a VAT ID.
6. Product photos
Some product photos show real finished pieces, others are visualisations made from photos of the samples, as stated next to each photo. Lifestyle images are visualisations of the new collection. The final product may differ slightly in shade and finish, which is normal for leather and dyed fabric.
7. Copyright
The photos, descriptions and layout of this page belong to HSM Marcin Ignasiak. Copying or using them without written permission is not allowed.
8. Personal data
How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy, including what we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted.
9. Complaints and contact
Since nothing is sold here, there is nothing to complain about in the commercial sense. If anything on this page is wrong, unclear or broken, write to customerservice@4bare.com and we will answer within 14 days.
10. Changes and governing law
We may change these terms; the version in force is always the one published on this page, with its date at the top. Polish law applies.
